berry cobbler

Filling:

3/4 cup sugar

1 - 16oz pkg frozen blackberries or raspberries

2 Tbsp cornstarch

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp lemon juice

Topping:

2 cups bisquick

1/4 cup butter

2/3 cup milk

1 Tbsp sugar

*Combine all filling ingredients in saucepan.  Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a full boil.  Boil for 1 minute.  Pour into a 2-quart casserole. 

*Stir together all topping ingredients.  Drop 6 equal portions of topping onto hot filling.

*Bake at 400-degrees, 25-30 minutes, or until filling is bubbly around the edges.

*Serve warm with ice-cream
