creamy peach pie

Delicious end of summer dessert!

1 pkg (3oz) peach jello

3/4 cup boiling water

1 cup (1/2 pint) peach ice cream

1 cup cold milk

1 pkg (4oz) jello instant vanilla pudding

1/2 cup Cool Whip

1 baked 8" pie shell, cooled

*Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.  Add ice cream; stir unti melted.  Combine milk and pudding, mix in small bowl.  Beat at low speed for 2 minutes.  Add jello mix; whip until thick and fluffy.  Fold in cool whip; spoon into pie shell and chill for 2 hours.  Garnich with additional cool whip and fruit.
