Chex Party Mix

Love this!  We discovered at Costco last weekend that they sell a box of Chex cereal that has all 3 varieties needed, in one box.  Perfect!

3 cups Corn Chex

3 cups Rice Chex

3 cups Wheat Chex

1 cup peanuts

1 cup bite-sized pretzels

1 cup bagel chips

We always mix things up and put different things in to the mix... things we love to substitute are:  goldfish, cheerios, any small cracker-type snack.

6 Tbsp butter

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt (I use Johnny's)

3/4 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

*Preheat oven to 250.

*In large roasting pan, melt butter in oven.  Add & stir all seasonings.

*Add cereals and snacks, stir until evenly coated.

*Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 10-15 minutes.

*Spread on paper towels to cool.  Store in airtight container.
