Ally brought over meatloaf for us after Chasen was born, and I could not stop eating it! It literally took me months to get this recipe, so I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do!
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 Tbsp A-1 sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire
1/2 cup oats
1/8 cup ketchup
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
~Mix together and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Add sauce (below) and cook another 10-15 minutes until done.
Sauce: 2 cups ketchup, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp ground ginger
~Cook over medium heat until everything is mixed together. Pour over meatloaf when ready.
