Ham Viennese

I wasn't allowed to eat ham when I was pregnant with Kylie, but of course craved it every day! After she was born Scott's mom made this for me... I could have eaten the entire dish!

12 oz of ham, cut in strips
1 1/2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 tsp mustard
3/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup pimento
2 cups celery, chopped
3 cups hot rice

*Saute ham in butter; add onions and celery until almost soft

*Add soup and mustard. Heat until bubbly.

*Turn heat down... add sour cream and pimento (do not boil!)

*Serve over rice and ENJOY!
