A favorite summertime lunch or dinner!
*Mix the following in a large serving bowl...
1 head green cabbage, shredded (not chopped, that's ghetto)
chopped green onions
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 pkg ramen noodles, uncooked & crumbled (save seasoning packet!)
2 boneless, skiness chicken breasts, cooked and diced
*Dressing... mix following together and pour over salad right before serving
3 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp Japanese rice vinegar
1 pkg ramen seasoning
