TWINKIES!!!

I think a recipe for Twinkies deserves all caps, don't you think??  This doesn't taste exactly like Twinkies, but it's delicious nonetheless!

1 pkg yellow cake mix

5 Tbsp flour

1 cup milk

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup Crisco

1 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

*Mix cake as directed on box.  Bake in lined 9x13" pan.  Cool.  Slice for 2 skinny layers.

*Boil flour and milk until thick ~cool~ beat 5 remaining ingredients until fluffy (about 10 minutes).  Add milk mixture and beat an additional 5 minutes.  Spread between cake layers.  Cut into rectangles.
