Mexi Rolls

Fun appetizers to have for a party... or a great twist for lunch!

*Mix the following in a medium bowl: 

8 oz cream cheese

1 can (4 oz) green chilies

3 Tbsp salsa

2-3 chopped green onions

2 strips cooked bacon, crumbled

black olives (amount depends on your love of olives)

*Spread to the edges of 3 tortillas (spinach or tomato, or plain, whatever).  Add a layer of thin ham or turkey and roll. 

*Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes before cutting into 1" slices. 

*Arrange on plate so you can see the layers.
