Mediterranean Vinaigrette

I got this from kraftfoods.com... it is delicious.  We had it on a very plain salad without the Feta, and it was still really good!

In blender, blend:

3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dijon mustard

1 tsp sugar

3/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Once above is blended, slowly add 1/4 cup EVOO until well-blended & creamy.

Pour dressing over mixed greens and top with Feta cheese.
