This is fabulous on a spinach salad!
1/4 to 1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
2 Tbsp frozen cranberry juice concentrate
salt & pepper to taste
*Place in jar with lid; Shake.
