Peppermint Candy

This is so easy, so good, and always a crowd-pleaser...

2 lbs white almond bark

12 large candy canes, crushed into small pieces

1 tsp peppermint extract

~Melt bark in microwave as per directions on package.  Stir in peppermint and candy canes.  Pour onto 11x17" cookie sheet lined with wax paper.  Chill in fridge until hard; break into pieces.
